Yes, so Portugal Day was 3 months ago and it's much to late for you to attend.  But ... they will have another one next year, during the first or second week of June, so make sure to put it on your calendar!

As you enter San Jose History Park you're greeted by a parade playing the Portuguese anthem and waving flags.  They proceed to a gazebo, where musical and dancing events will go on all day.
