Chaz's Rosemary Shortbread

Buttery and fragile.  Contains flour, sugar, butter, rosemary, and salt.  Doesn't get simpler than that ... or more tasty!  Named after a fictional character on an unaired television series; at least the cookies aren't imaginary.

Ashley Lemon Wafers

Flour, butter, lemon, sugar, salt, and vanilla.  A really nice lemony kick.  Perfect with chocolate pudding.  Family recipe.

Pistachio-Lemon Biscotti (Nick Malgieri)

Yeah, two lemon cookies this year.  These hard cookies are meant to be dipped in coffee or dessert wine, rather than eaten straight.  Will keep for quite a while; if they get stale, crisp them up with 10 minutes in a 300F oven. Flour, sugar, eggs, pistachios, lemon, vanilla, salt.

Smitten Kitchen Chocolate Toffee Cookies

From one of the best baking blogs on the internet.  With only 1/2 cup flour per batch, these cookies are almost fudge. Flour, chocolate, butter, brown sugar, eggs, baking powder, vanilla, Heath bars.
